RSSFineTune Friday May 2008 Theme
May will be the twelfth edition of FineTune Friday, and while I think it has been a fun ride, I’m sorry to say that this will be the last edition of Finetune Friday. The theme is completely open ended, allowing you to finally showcase that clever playlist idea that you’ve been kicking around for a while. I’m sort of psyched to hear what you come up with, as long as you aren’t including Europe’s “The Final Countdown”. Doodlooo dooooo. Doodloot doot dooooo… Gah crap.

Aww, I’m sad to see FTF go as well. I had fun with the challenge to come up with a playlist each month.

It was a fun ride, but my lack of art skill made me spend a day a month on the posters, and outside of the four regular participants, it was impossible to get more people interested. Sometimes it was the Finetune interface that turned people off, and other times it may have been theme choices. I guess it was destined to end…
Not that the four regular participants can’t continue to share lists with each other going forward.

BOOO! BOO! Damn. I may need to take this up, but not in a graphics-intense way. Maybe the four of us could come up with a different theme and round-robin it?
I liked having a rule set. I find that having boundaries makes me more creative at times.
