I was using RSS but I really enjoy going from blog to blog and seeing if it's been updated without using the feed. It's like a little surprise for me. Something tells me that maybe I'm just not busy enough around here.

I subscribe to my own feed, and it comes in fine every day in both RSS and e-mail. and it looks like a bunch of people are getting it every day. What reader are you using?

You're already using Feedburner, so you're halfway there. The instructions for offering e-mail subscriptions are <a href="http://www.google.com/support/feedburner/bin/answer.py?answer=78982" rel="nofollow">here</a>.

If you run into issues setting it up, let me know and I'll do what I can to help.

How do you set up the email subscription thing? I think I know a few people who would like to subscribe to my blog, but I can't figure it out.
