RSS2 Girls, 1 Cup: The Goatse Of A New Generation
In the old days when the internet was still young, there was a site called goatse.cx that people would trick each other into visiting. On the site was a pretty gross picture, so people would snap pictures of peoples’ reactions when seeing it for the first time and post them to the web. This was internet humor back in 1999.
The new generation is a video generation, and they have no need for the goatse of an ASCII internet age. They have recently taken the goatse to new level with the youtube video, “2 girls, 1 cup”, and like the goatse, have been capturing people’s reactions as they watch it.
Because the reactions are so amusing, you’ll find your curiosity piqued and you’ll naturally want to see the video that the people are reacting to. I certainly did. I don’t have any problem with gross stuff, but “Two Girls 1 Cup” takes gross to a whole new level. It is easily the grossest thing I’ve seen on the internet this year, and unless you have a strong stomach, I really, really don’t suggest watching it. If you’re leaning towards watching it, let me remind you that there is no way to unwatch something once you’ve watched it.
In a way, I really feel like a bastard for pointing this out to you. I’m telling you not to go down a path, but doing everything but pointing down the path and winking. It’s exactly like the goatse trap of yesteryear.
Here’s a couple reactions to “2 Girls, 1 Cup” to get you started. They’re perfectly safe to watch, and if you want more, there are a ton of reactions on Youtube. I’m not taking responsibility for pointing you to the original video though. If you want to see that, you’re going to have to Google it on your own.

Why oh WHY oh WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY on EARTH would you let your GRANDMOTHER watch that video?
Unfortunately curiosity got the better of me as well and I ventured into a realm from which I’ll never be able to erase from my mind.
I wouldn’t show this to my worst enemy.
And as far as I know there isn’t a word in the English dictionary to describe the amount of disgusting this video is. I once heard a friend use a word “vomitrocious” and that’s about as close as I can get to describing this video.
P.S. I had seen it before you posted about it, so don’t blame yourself for the burning in my eyes.

Oh my god. Just the thought of that video makes me want to retch and I’ve never seen it. AND I NEVER WILL. Seeing people’s reactions to it is funny though, especially since people’s reactions seem to hit at exactly the same point every time. That was totally mean about the grandma though. Yet, she stayed through most of it.

I watched part of 2 girls, 1 cup, but it was too gross for me!
Or as my Husband said, “Once you’ve seen the Chuck Berry scat video, you’ve seen them all!”
That grandma video is pretty funny, though.

Well, thanks to Google, I know the gist of 2 girls 1 cup, and I’m glad that I didn’t watch it. The reactions however are hysterical.

Luckily I read a lot about this before actually venturing to see it. So I pretty much had a good idea what to expect. I don’t think there was any bizzare facial expressions, just twisting my mouth sideways….
On another note, while reading about 2G&C I read somewhere something about a file called swap.avi….now thats something that would scar your for life! It’s 2G&C times 10…I don’t recommend seeing it…
