I was an EMT some decades back and being able to remain calm in the middle of the storm is a good trait to have. And I remember participating in some rescues where sometimes you needed to yell at the victim, because you do need them to come back to reality and do something (like stand up). I always believed that the true nature of a person comes out during a crisis. Some remain calm, some panic, some run, some shut down. Good for you for remaining calm and helping. Bravo Jon!

I was an EMT some decades back and being able to remain calm in the middle of the storm is a good trait to have.

And I remember participating in some rescues where sometimes you needed to yell at the victim, because you do need them to come back to reality and do something (like stand up).

I always believed that the true nature of a person comes out during a crisis. Some remain calm, some panic, some run, some shut down. Good for you for remaining calm and helping.
