I'm honestly surprised that wordpress doesn't come with that feature in the base install. But there's a lot about wordpress that I don't know. Getting the comments via RSS would be alright, but then I'd have to remember to add the RSS feed each time and update Thunderbird. Technically, you can subscribe to all of the comments via RSS, by adding /feed/ onto the URL of any post. At the end of each post there is a link to the RSS comment Feed, but it's in a grey box. I was kind of hoping that some idiot would drive over it and the road would collapse in just a little bit to remind them that they're a moron. That's too bad about the wordpress plugin. I've been meaning to mention it to you that I'd really love to be able to subscribe the comments. Maybe if you give it another go around it'll work out better. Here's to hope!
