Best father's day present ever, though - my friend Eric's first child (a daughter) arrived yesterday. Daddy's little girl showing up on father's day... couldn't have planned that better if they'd tried. :)

People that show up with pizza always get a warm reception.

Why would you put motorcycle tires on a car? Or is there a TR4 motorcycle?

I hope your Dad's aren't scouring this site for their presents...

I usually buy him things I'd want in my own garage and they go over pretty well. Sometimes I have to buy two and keep one...

This year, though, I bought him two motorcycles tires for the '68 Triumph TR-4 he's got almost rebuilt in his garage. That's almost selfish, though, cause someday I hope to ride it. :)

I ship my dad pizza every year. There's no such thing as Chicago Style Pizza in Iowa so he gets all sorts of happy when they show up on his doorstep. This is how I stay way in the lead as the best daughter he could have--well, that and the tasty beer I bring home when I visit.
