		<description>The break needed to happen, and this was the catalyst that got me out.  I agree that bad customer service is indicative of a larger issue.  Good companies don't allow bad customer service to happen.

I'll get the guitar hero II coverage going soon.

And yes, I love it when they squeeze their jugs together ;)</description>

		<description>What the hell do they tell these CSRs? It's tough being involved in any kind of customer service, but this is ridiculous. I have no idea what the motivation could be for a CSR to deny you a refund other than instructions from the management.</description>
