		<description>Mmmm.... Dim Sum....  Only the Chinese could invent the buffet that comes to you, not you to the buffet.

But it's no surprise.  My Mom occasionally reminds me that Chinese civilization has been around much longer than Western society.

I'm just waiting for some senior corporate manager to suggest rolling dim sum carts around the office.  That way, the workers don't need to leave their desks, and you stuff them with buns so that they can't leave even if they want to.</description>
