N0ia: I see so many problems with your plan, that I can&#039;t even see the beta getting off the ground.  Although, I must say that having a stinky dead bird or a car full of bird crap &lt;em&gt;could&lt;/em&gt; conceivably deter a car thief.</description>

		<description>did you see the bird?  was it black?  a starling, perhaps?  they are all over the country, thanks to some guy in the 1800s, maybe, who thought that central park should contain every bird that  shakespeare ever mentioned.  he didn&#039;t think about the fact that they would go forth and mutliply.  i&#039;ve heard starlings immitate cats.  it&#039;s strange to be riding along and hear &quot;meow meow&quot; coming from above and when you look around and source the sound, it&#039;s coming from a bird on the wire.</description>
