My wife and I are battling through the whole loan process trying to close on a house in 1 week. Found out yesterday that the mortgage company we're going through just pulled out of Georgia, which is where the house is located. They've known for a month that the property was in Georgia, and 7 days before closing they decide to let us know they can't do it. Good luck!! I agree with you there.
