I don’t like to give opinions before I’ve listened to an album 3 times, but my first impressions:

The Nelly album seems a bit immature. It’s got some nice grooves, but it seems to be lacking somewhere that I can’t put my finger on. We’ll see how I feel in a couple more listens.

The SOAD album is sort of a blur. I really liked their first two albums, but Mezmerize sort of seems like they threw a bunch of outtakes on a disc. It’s not leaving much of an impression at this point, but we’ll see.

care less about Nelly…how’s SotD? And having a deer hoof actually go through your side window is also quite damn scary–even worse when it then gets said hoof free and tramples across the hood of your car. I’ll take hitting a deer to a moose any day though–those meese are HUGE mofos!

ho-ly crap. deers can mess up a car, you’re lucky your wing-ding mobile has good brakes. as for your dilemma…use the damn gift card. it’s free money. so, how’s the new nelly? by the way, i discovered today that the “sanford and son” theme song has some serious cowbell. you play the air guitar, i play the air cowbell. dink dink.
