RSSBad News for the GS-R
The book value of my car is about $4500. I just put $1200 in repairs into it, and was presented with the option to spend an additional $1800. Why? Because the A/C is broken due to a short in the ECU. The car’s computer. Greeeeaaat. It’s an easy install, but an expensive part.
If I don’t fix it, I will die in Boston’s miserable summer heat with no A/C. I will be on my way to a wedding or an interview, and the heat and giant pit stains will keep my best foot backward.
If I do fix it, I will kick myself for not putting the money down on an IS300, G35 Mazda6, WRX STi, Lancer EVO, or a Civic with honkin’ neon and a turbo.
