Multi-threading
Multi-threaded Perl is making me crazy. I can whip around Perl without issue, hitting databases, fixing PCs, kicking up multiple processes, monitoring your network, and whatnot, but introduce the concept of multithreading and my brain completely locks up. I can’t get a simple script with use threads; in it to work. Sure, I can download scripts that work properly, but to avoid insanity, I must understand the code. To understand the code, I am approaching insanity. It’s so simple on paper, yet so muddled in my head. I’m going to dream in Perl. I know it.

El Auto
The first appraisal is in, and the damages currently total $3200+. Given the sheer number of parts that have been replaced on this puppy, I’m officially declaring this car to be a 2004 Integra when/if it is returned.
